Perk you up Protein Balls!


For all you health crazed people, we have something special in the Green Gallery kitchen just for you!

Protein balls are a quick, delicious and healthy snack, so why not take it to the next level.

  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup of honey or sweetener of your choice like liquid stevia, maple syrup etc.
  • 2 tbsp herb butter or oil
  • Pinch of salt and a dash of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ Cup of semi-sweet chocolate nibs or cocoa nibs

Mix ingredients together in large bowl then roll into bite sized balls, roll in coconut flakes, hemp seeds, chocolate or whatever your heart desires – chill in fridge and enjoy!
