Protein balls are a quick, delicious and healthy snack, so why not take it to the next level.
- 1 cup oats
- ¼ cup of honey or sweetener of your choice like liquid stevia, maple syrup etc.
- 2 tbsp herb butter or oil
- Pinch of salt and a dash of cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¾ Cup of semi-sweet chocolate nibs or cocoa nibs
Mix ingredients together in large bowl then roll into bite sized balls, roll in coconut flakes, hemp seeds, chocolate or whatever your heart desires – chill in fridge and enjoy!
